Creating a modern stylish Workspace

Seven Studios in Doncaster approached Create Properties with a vision to transform their empty shell into a dynamic workspace. They needed a design that encouraged collaboration while making the most of the multi-level layout. The goal was to create an inspiring environment that included areas for group work, private spaces for focused tasks or video & content creation, with vibrant communal spaces.

What We Did

Crafting a Collaborative Haven

Create Properties worked closely with Seven Studios to bring their vision to life. We designed and built snugs for group work and hideaways for focused tasks and private video meetings. The main area was transformed into two large hot desk zones to foster collaboration and flexibility. Additionally, we integrated an open kitchen, creating a modern and exciting space where team members can connect and recharge.

The Outcome

A Workspace that Exceeds Expectations

The loft renovation exceeded expectations, providing Seven Studios with a versatile and rewarding workspace. The multi-level design was fully utilised, offering a balance between collaborative and private areas. The new hot desk zones and open kitchen encourage a sense of community and innovation, making the loft a central hub for creativity and productivity. Seven Studios now has a workspace that not only meets their functional needs but also inspires their team daily.
