At Create, building is in our blood and passion is in our hearts. Founded by Ryan Malee in 2012 and strengthened by family ties with the addition of his father, Melvyn, and brother, Stephen, our journey has been nothing short of remarkable. With over 50 years of combined experience, we've developed more than 500 properties across the UK, each project a testament to our commitment to excellence, safety, and a flexible work environment.

Our Story
Redefining How To Create Exceptional Spaces
From our humble beginnings to our current standing as a trusted leader in the field, every step of our journey has been
guided by a commitment to excellence and a passion for exceeding expectations.
Before founding Create, Ryan Malee honed his skills as a time-served apprentice shopfitter, developing a meticulous attention to detail. This hands-on experience in precision craftsmanship laid the foundation for his entrepreneurial journey. Identifying a market need for integrated property development and management services, Ryan established Create to deliver high-quality construction coupled with exceptional client service. Under his leadership, Create has evolved into a multifaceted organization renowned for excellence across South Yorkshire and beyond.
Create completed work at Doncaster Rovers Football Club for their Foundation School but initially, the XP School before their home was to be built.
Create were finalists in the Chambers 'Small Business of the Year' and Runner-up in 'Success through working in partnership'. This was a huge win for our little company considering we were up against some giants such as Keepmoat Homes & winners Centurion.
Ryan's dad, Mel joined Create full-time to strengthen the company's workforce especially for the M&E divisions.
Create were hired by Google to carry out work at their 3 London branches, CSG, 123 & Belgrave House.
Our first Investment Property was purchased.
This was a neglected property that was falling down. We carried out structural works including underpinning, a double storey, rear extension, a loft conversion completed by a full house back to brick refurbishment, its fair to say, we brought this property back to life.
Ryan's brother,Steve, joined Create full-time to strengthen the company's financial side of the business.
Create volunteered their time at Yorkshire Wildlife Park to construct a timber frame for rescued Brown Bears.
Our Lettings & Property Management Agency was formed.
Create acquired their first building plot.
Create partnered with Terri harper and sponsored her with her Boxing fights.
Create volunteered their time at Yorkshire Wildlife Park again to construct a play ground for their new park entrance grand opening
Create celebrated 10 years in business.
An Estate Agency was added to the list of services at Create Living.

Create completed a Parkside New Build Site consisting of x4 Semi-Detached 4 Bedroom Properties Owned by Create Investment Properties Ltd.
Ryan Malee was awarded BizX 2024 Entrepreneur of the Year.
