We completely reconfigured the layout, stripping the unit back to its core to accommodate residential living and added an extension, including structural alterations to enhance stability, and we are installing modern insulation, energy-efficient systems, and high-spec finishes. Our team navigated strict planning regulations to ensure full compliance, while our design approach focused on creating bright, spacious interiors that balanced functionality with contemporary aesthetics.
The project was carefully designed by the design team whilst taking into consideration the Fire (LACORS) & building control Regulations.Â
