We are proud to showcase the Park Side Development, a project that exemplifies our dedication to transforming neglected spaces into vibrant, liveable communities. This development features four meticulously crafted four-bedroom townhouses, each designed with open-plan living areas, generous gardens, and convenient off-street parking.
Project Background:
The site, once a disused area plagued by fly-tipping and fires, posed significant challenges due to its limited space, budget constraints, and tight timelines. Recognising the potential to revitalise this space, our development team engaged with local residents to understand their housing needs. The consensus was clear: there was a demand for quality, affordable housing.
